Shootfighting
The ultimate martial art, Shootfighting is a complete martial arts system that combines Muay Thai kickboxing and total body submission grappling. It enhances any fighting style by focusing on the seamless transition from stand-up to ground combat, making both stand-up fighters and grapplers more effective. Shootfighting teaches you to overcome opponents, whether they are experienced strikers or skilled wrestlers/grapplers. While 90% of fights end on the ground, they all begin standing—learn to master both!

Little Dragons Karate Group
The Little Dragons Karate Group is a fun and engaging class for children ages 3 to 7, designed to introduce them to the basics of martial arts in a playful and supportive environment. Through simple movements and games, young students learn important skills like focus, respect, coordination, and teamwork. Our Little Dragons will develop strength, balance, and discipline while building confidence and having fun in every class. This is the perfect way to start their martial arts journey!

Youth Group Karate
The Youth Group class is designed for older children, offering a more advanced level of martial arts training that focuses on building self-defense skills, discipline, and confidence. In this class, students learn to master techniques that enhance their physical strength, mental focus, and personal determination. By developing their martial arts skills, they gain not only the ability to protect themselves but also the self-assurance and drive that will benefit them in all areas of life. This class is an excellent way to help kids grow into strong, confident, and disciplined individuals.

Cario Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy, boot camp-style workout designed to get you in top shape, whether you're focused on weight loss, toning, or improving your cardio conditioning. Using boxing gloves and punching bags, you'll engage in fun, sweat-dripping sessions that teach you proper kicking and punching techniques while burning calories and building strength. This dynamic class combines effective fitness training with martial arts fundamentals to help you achieve your fitness goals while boosting your confidence and endurance.
